Pigmented leather

February 18, 2009

The pigmented kind of leather is another form of leather that you can use. And this kind of leather is considered as the least expensive. This is considered as somewhat stiffer than the other kinds of leather. Also remember that this kind of leather will be more stain and scuff resistant. You also need to remember that that the added finishes and the surface pigments are not exactly bad things for the leather materials. Aside from lowering the cost, these can also increase the uniformity of color and these will also provide better resistance against fading, scratches and stains. In the simplest sense, these kinds of leathers are perfect for the rough and tumble of family use, and these are ready for the use and abuse.
